Job Description:

As a TUI Destination Services Sales Representative, you will create unforgettable holiday experiences by helping guests with their needs, providing great service and sharing local knowledge about the destination. Working onsite in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, you will be assisting guests, solving challenges, and driving sales.

Job Responsibility:

  • Meeting, coordinating, advising, selling, and/or fixing more complex problems
  • assisting any traditional guests with our online products & services
  • uncovering guests' holiday needs and matching them with the right service solution and/or sales opportunities
  • monitoring and celebrating success with regular sales target updates and guest feedback results for service provided at the airport, service in your hotels and how well you have ‘solved on the spot’
  • learning more about all TUI Destination Team job roles as they identify and match your skills to the most suitable jobs throughout your recruitment experience

  • You are fully conversational in English and French

  • A job in Service at TUI offers more than your basic salary which already starts from $100,800 MXN gross/year
  • Depending on your role commission earning will come on top. Average commission potential 1,000 - 1,500 USD per month with no upper limit. The more you sell, the more you earn

  • Work week of 48 hours with minimum 1.5 days off
  • 16 days of Holiday (on a full year) + we give you two extra days (on your Birthday and one Happy day)
