As a TUI Rep, you’ll be at the heart of each guest’s journey, creating unforgettable holiday experiences across our destinations. From the moment you join, you’ll play a key role in making every moment special - whether that’s offering a warm welcome, solving challenges, or sharing local knowledge to bring the destination to life. Your passion for great service and your ability to adapt will make a real difference to our guests - and help keep TUI a trusted name in travel.

Job Responsibility

  • Meeting, coordinating, advising, selling, and/or fixing more complex problems
  • Assisting any traditional guests with our online products & services
  • Attending meetings, fam trips for product knowledge, and in-person and online training courses
  • Uncovering guests holiday needs and matching them with the right service solution and/or sales opportunities
  • Monitoring and celebrating your success with regular sales target updates and guest feedback results for service provided at the airport, service in your hotels and how well you have ‘solved on the spot’

Requirements

  • Book and organise all individual components of a tour including, transport, accommodation, fixtures, excursions, meals and kit
  • Book and organise all event components including, sports venues, sports coaches, tournament schedules and reps
