Job Description:

This role involves assisting international guests with their holiday needs, offering service solutions and sales opportunities, and representing the company while wearing the uniform. The job comes with various benefits, a local permanent contract, and the opportunity to develop professionally.

Job Responsibility:

Meeting, coordinating, advising, selling, and/or fixing more complex problems
assisting traditional guests with online products & services
uncovering guests' holiday needs and matching them with the right service solutions and/or sales opportunities
monitoring and celebrating success with regular sales target updates and guest feedback results
representing the company with pride at all times.

Requirements:

Residency in Playa del Carmen
confident communicating and/or selling to international guests
remain calm and empathic in a crisis or when problems for guests occur
willing to learn the demands of the job, technology, and products & services
fully conversational in French and English
valid driving license and a car is required.

Basic salary starts from $100,800 MXN gross/year
commission earning potential averaging $1,500 USD per month
