Job Description:

As a Destination Services Executive at Marella Cruises, you'll be the driving force behind our unforgettable shore excursion experiences, managing our product content and supporting the delivery of our Destination Services programme across all our cruise destinations.

Job Responsibility:

Manage end-to-end delivery of Destination Services content
Support sales maximisation across all platforms
Support tender and contracting process
Track supplier replies and review rates with negotiation
Lead selection of excursions and implementation of the programme
Provide support to onboard teams with day-to-day operations
Support Health & Safety process for regions
Manage relationships with key external suppliers
Liaise with other head office departments to ensure content readiness
Deputise for Destination Services Operations Manager at industry events
Support recruitment of overseas teams

Requirements:

Well-developed knowledge of the cruise industry and travel destinations
Effective planning and organising skills
Proven decision-making ability and creative thinking
Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills
Collaborative team player with leadership qualities
Willingness to travel overseas when required
