Job Description

Destination Services Advisor working on board Marella Cruises. You will put all customers at the heart of our business and constantly be a ‘maker of happy’ by creating unforgettable holiday experiences.

Job Responsibility

  • Supporting daily delivery and efficient running of Destination Services operation and promotion of future cruises onboard allocated vessel
  • Supporting Destination Services Manager and Assistant Destination Services Manager to promote, administer and deliver excursion programme and future holiday sales
  • Maintaining high level of customer service whilst displaying ideals of Marella Cruises to enhance passenger's enjoyment and maximise revenue
  • Ensuring provision of independent advice and support for general operation onboard

Requirements

  • Customer driven and positive individual
  • Confident and fun personality with a strong commitment to achieve targets and overcome challenges
  • Accountability to achieve customer service satisfaction scores through supreme knowledge of shore excursion program, destinations and fleet deployment
  • Willingness to engage and collaborate with internal and external parties
  • Flexible approach and support of wider operation
  • Strong communication skills in English
