Job Responsibility:
Provide white glove technical support to VIPs and executive leadership
Offer comprehensive support for both macOS and Windows operating systems and devices
Track, support, and remediate technical problems and service requests, meticulously documenting resolutions
Identify, analyze, and interpret both technical and business opportunities for improvement
Perform installation, movement, addition, and changes for PC hardware, software, network printers, and conference room equipment
Promote and implement effective end-user solutions
Act as a change agent, facilitating and communicating technological updates and transitions
Stay current with the latest system information, changes, and updates to provide cutting-edge support
Develop and present analyses of problem trend reports for supported areas
Provide dedicated mobile device support for various platforms
Offer expert audio-visual support for meetings and presentations
Manage the secure disposal of PC equipment
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience providing end-user support in an onsite capacity
Proven experience supporting macOS, including MacBook and iMac hardware
Extensive experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 11 operating systems
Demonstrated experience supporting conference room equipment and executive meetings
Exceptional communication skills, with a professional demeanor suitable for interacting with and assisting executives
Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to develop creative solutions
Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering positive user interactions
Proficiency in supporting iOS and Android mobile devices
A strong desire to stay abreast of best practices and emerging technologies
Ability to quickly learn and retain new technical skills and information
Nice to have:
Experience supporting ITSM platforms like ServiceNow
Familiarity with communication and collaboration tools such as Teams
Experience with mobile device management solutions
Strong customer service abilities, consistently delivering a positive experience
Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritize a dynamic workload
Proven team player with a collaborative approach
Strong analytical capabilities to diagnose and resolve complex issues
Experience with physical PC repair and maintenance
