Job Description

We are seeking a part-time Desktop Support Technician to support a Return to Office initiative. This individual will work onsite Tuesday through Thursday (8am-5pm) and focus on walk-up end-user support, conference room break/fix issues, and deskside troubleshooting. Additionally, this role will assist with physical workstation setups, user moves, and pre-deployment of equipment. This is a hands-on, highly visible support role requiring strong technical troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in a end-user/desktop support position
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS
  • familiarity with Mac OS is highly desirable
  • Previous use of SCCM and/or Intune for software deployment
  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting A/V and conference room equipment
  • Familiarity with corporate IT environments and ticketing systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • able to provide calm, confident support to executive-level stakeholders
  • Resourceful, self-motivated, and willing to dive into unfamiliar technologies
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
