Job Description

We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support for end users in a Windows-based environment. This role will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting Active Directory user administration, and assisting with Microsoft Office 365-related requests.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide desktop support for laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Troubleshoot Windows operating system, software, and connectivity issues
  • Create, modify, and disable user accounts in Active Directory
  • Support Office 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and software
  • Respond to help desk tickets and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
  • Set up new user workstations and assist with onboarding activities
  • Document technical issues, resolutions, and support procedures
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT teams when needed

Requirements

  • 2+ years of desktop support or technical support experience
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 environments
  • Experience with Active Directory administration
  • Hands-on support experience with Microsoft Office 365
  • Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and peripheral support
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
