Job Responsibility:
Perform troubleshooting, parts replacement, systems upgrades, deployment and repair on desktops / notebooks
Respond to calls after normal business hours per leader instructions
Identify potential issues that could adversely impact end user experience and take corrective action
Update and resolve tickets in a timely manner to achieve Service Levels
Requirements:
3+ years of Desktop Support experience including experience in Windows operating system environment
