Job Description:

Scope & Responsibilities: Provide deskside and walk-up support to local teams and associates during the Windows 11 refresh. Assist with testing and validation of Windows 11 images prior to and during deployment. Perform services as required by assigned service desk tickets, including break/fix and upgrade-related tasks. Troubleshoot and resolve Windows 11 and MS O365 related issues. Support device setup, configuration, and basic post-upgrade validation. Operate effectively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment while meeting service expectations. Deliverables: Deskside support for Windows 11 upgrade activities. Successful completion of assigned service desk tickets related to the refresh. Tested and validated device images as directed by the project team. Documented issue resolution and ticket updates in the client’s ticketing system. Support continuity during the Windows 11 rollout period.
