IT related bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT
3 years BPO industry experience
Experienced IT knowledge, PowerShell scripting, and desktop support – hardware and software navigation on various Windows operating systems and troubleshooting TCP/IP network skills

Job Responsibility
