The A/V Operations Technician is responsible for delivering reliable and high-quality audio-visual support across conference rooms, studios, and Zoom collaboration environments. This role ensures smooth daily A/V operations, incident resolution, Zoom client management, and conference room readiness. The technician also supports Zoom software packaging and enterprise deployments across Windows and macOS platforms while collaborating closely with engineering, networking, and workplace teams.

Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in corporate A/V, Zoom support, or a related technical field
Hands-on experience with conferencing technologies such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams
Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows and macOS A/V and Zoom applications
Experience with software packaging and deployment using tools like Intune, Jamf, SCCM, or other endpoint management platforms
Understanding of A/V signal flow, acoustics, IP networking fundamentals, and collaboration platforms
Excellent documentation, communication, and customer service skills
Nice to have:
Experience with broadcast technologies, encoders, NDI/SRT workflows, or production tools
Familiarity with scripting or automation (PowerShell, Python, Zoom APIs, or Lua for Q-SYS)
Ability to run PowerShell commands and Jamf related prompts
