As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues for end-users. Your role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop systems, as well as offering timely technical assistance to ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity. You will also collaborate with other IT teams to ensure efficient support and service delivery while maintaining security protocols and best practices.
Job Responsibility:
Set up desktops, computers, servers, peripherals, cameras, and test network connections
Installation of servers, laptops & printers and troubleshooting skills
Addressing user tickets regarding hardware and networking
Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions
Good in antivirus installation & maintenance
Conduct remote troubleshooting and test alternative pathways until the issue is resolved
Help create technical documentation and manuals
Hands-on experience with Windows
Requirements:
Any Engineering graduate with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Infrastructure Management
