Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of IT Support / Desktop Support experience
Strong, in-depth knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems and related technologies
Proven proficiency in desktop and laptop hardware troubleshooting and repair
Intermediate knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and Internetworking Technology
Familiarity with Voice & Communications and A/V Conferencing technologies
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Awareness of common Market Data applications and services. E.g. Bloomberg, LSEG
Quick learner, capable of working independently and as part of a team
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to operate with minimal supervision while maintaining a professional attitude even under stress
