Job Responsibility

  • Support in software deployment, updates, and security patches on employees’ devices
  • Oversee compliance with security policies and address vulnerabilities
  • Level 2 Support: Resolve escalated technical incidents requiring system-level or network policy intervention
  • Active Directory Administration: Manage the user lifecycle (creation, deletion, modifications) and apply/maintain Group Policies (GPOs)

Requirements

  • Typically requires 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Endpoint management knowledge
  • Monitoring and security
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating system environment
  • Solid client service skills
  • A+ desktop or equivalent skill set is required
  • additional certifications for various hardware platforms may be required
  • Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations

Nice to have

  • Knowledge or prior experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager (mobile device management and MDM/MAM policies)
  • Basic understanding of Azure Active Directory / Entra ID
