This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and provide high-level support for both hardware and software systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting, system administration, and working with Apple devices.
Job Responsibility:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and mobile devices, including Apple products
Manage and configure Apple devices using Jamf Pro to ensure optimal performance and security
Administer user accounts and access permissions using Okta
Diagnose and resolve system issues across a range of technologies, including Cisco and Citrix platforms
Perform routine maintenance and upgrades for computer hardware and software systems
Offer guidance and training to end-users on device functionality and system applications
Collaborate with IT teams to implement solutions for complex technical challenges
Maintain detailed documentation of technical issues, solutions, and system updates
Ensure compliance with organizational policies for IT systems and user access
Continuously monitor and improve system performance and reliability
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in desktop support or systems administration
Proficiency in managing Apple devices and using Jamf Pro
Strong knowledge of Okta for user authentication and access management
Experience with troubleshooting and repairing hardware issues
Familiarity with Apple iOS systems and applications
Ability to work with Cisco and Citrix technologies
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
