Requirements:
Proven hands-on experience with O365, VMware Horizon VDI, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange
Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills
Strong documentation abilities and attention to detail
Ability to adapt quickly and assist with a variety of IT initiatives as needed
Willingness to provide off-hours support on a rotation basis
