Responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction for overall IT support for designated site(s). Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software and network issues. Responsible for cyber security compliance related to OS updates, patches and maintenance. Responsible for site level incident management and point of escalation. Requirements:
Proficient with MS Office and Microsoft Workstation operating systems as well as Windows W2K/W2K3 domains
Minimum of 6 years broad-based experience in computer/network support in a Microsoft environment
