This onsite Desktop Support Analyst will work closely with an existing team member to support day-to-day desktop operations in a primarily Windows environment. The role will also support upcoming M&A initiatives, assisting with user account migrations, domain transitions, and related troubleshooting.

Requirements:
3+ years’ experience with desktop support experience in a Windows environment
Strong Active Directory skills with strong Group Policy – specifically, GPOs (Group Policy Objects)
PowerShell scripting skills
Ticket-based support, workstation refreshes, and end-user troubleshooting
Must be proactive, motivated, professional, and self-directed
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
able to provide calm, confident support to executive-level stakeholders
Nice to have:
Microsoft Intune (application packaging and deployment)
Experience with M&A-related user migrations and domain transitions
Experience supporting and troubleshooting A/V and conference room equipment
