Job Description

We have a new opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst within Robert Half’s Full-Time Engagement Professionals Division.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Desktop Support (Level 2 preferred)
  • 2+ years working with Active Directory / Azure AD / Entra
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Proficiency in Windows and macOS environments (primarily Windows)
  • General networking knowledge
  • Experience with Intune
  • Experience troubleshooting audio issues, Teams calls, etc.
  • Printer and print server troubleshooting
  • Experience using a ticketing system, creating documentation, and writing service notes
  • Highly motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively

Nice to have

  • SQL SMS and JAMF are pluses
  • Familiarity with Adobe Suite is helpful
  • MSP experience or supporting a publicly traded company is a plus
