Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Robbinsville, New Jersey. This role is essential in ensuring smooth technology operations, providing mentorship, and delivering exceptional technical support during emergencies. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment and is willing to work flexible hours to meet organizational needs.

Job Responsibility:

Maintain and enhance network and security systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability
Provide consistent support for hardware and software across multiple locations
Collaborate with the IS& T Manager to align technical operations with business strategies
Mentor and guide the Deskside Support Specialist to foster their growth and effectiveness
Respond promptly to critical on-call support needs, including nights and weekends
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime
Implement configuration management practices to streamline technology processes
Manage and support Active Directory accounts and permissions
Ensure proper backup procedures are in place and functioning effectively
Utilize expertise in Cisco, Citrix, and Dell technologies to address system-related challenges

Requirements:

Proficiency in network security and configuration management
Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving technical problems
Familiarity with technologies including Cisco, Citrix, and Dell hardware
Knowledge of Active Directory and backup solutions
Experience working with Apple devices and Android development
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
