Job Responsibility

  • Maintain and enhance network and security systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability
  • Provide consistent support for hardware and software across multiple locations
  • Collaborate with the IS& T Manager to align technical operations with business strategies
  • Mentor and guide the Deskside Support Specialist to foster their growth and effectiveness
  • Respond promptly to critical on-call support needs, including nights and weekends
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime
  • Implement configuration management practices to streamline technology processes
  • Manage and support Active Directory accounts and permissions
  • Ensure proper backup procedures are in place and functioning effectively
  • Utilize expertise in Cisco, Citrix, and Dell technologies to address system-related challenges

Requirements

  • Proficiency in network security and configuration management
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving technical problems
  • Familiarity with technologies including Cisco, Citrix, and Dell hardware
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and backup solutions
  • Experience working with Apple devices and Android development
