Desktop Support Analyst

• Provide on-site technical support to teachers in classrooms, addressing hardware and software issues promptly
• Assist with the setup and configuration of computers and iPads for students and staff
• Support students in utilizing Google Classroom tools effectively for their learning activities
• Offer guidance to staff on using Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Teams for collaboration and productivity
• Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity or device issues to minimize disruptions in the learning environment
• Ensure all classroom technology is functioning optimally and meets the needs of educators and students
• Collaborate with school personnel to identify and implement solutions for recurring technical challenges
• Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions to improve future support processes

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in desktop or technical support roles
• Familiarity with iPads and their applications in educational settings
• Proficiency in Google Suite, including Google Classroom
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Teams
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Excellent communication skills to interact with educators, students, and staff effectively
• Experience in a school environment is preferred but not required
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple support requests simultaneously
