Job Description:

We are looking for skilled Desktop Support Analysts to join our team on a 2-month contract in Corry, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring smooth operations and providing technical support for hardware and software systems. This position requires onsite work five days a week and offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for desktops, laptops, and other computer systems
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems, including Windows 11 and Windows 10
  • Perform hardware diagnostics and repairs to ensure optimal functionality
  • Utilize Active Directory to manage user accounts and permissions
  • Collaborate with team members to support the upgrade and configuration of systems as needed
  • Ensure compliance with configuration management processes and organizational standards
  • Respond promptly to user inquiries and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Document and track all support activities to maintain clear records
  • Offer guidance and training to end-users on system operations and best practices
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with users and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in desktop support or a related IT role
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting techniques
  • Proficiency in Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems
  • Familiarity with Active Directory for user account management
  • Understanding of configuration management principles and tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work onsite five days a week in Irvine, Pennsylvania
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
