Job Description:

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an experienced Desktop Support Analyst in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will work with a variety of technologies including Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, and Computer Hardware.

Job Responsibility:

Provide technical support for desktop computers and software, ensuring all systems are functioning properly
Manage and resolve issues related to Android Development, utilizing skills and expertise
Maintain and troubleshoot network systems, with a focus on Cisco Technologies
Provide support for Citrix Technologies, ensuring optimal performance and resolving issues
Handle hardware issues using knowledge of Computer Hardware and Dell Technologies
Manage user accounts and access using Active Directory
Provide support for Apple Devices, ensuring appropriate configuration and resolving technical issues
Implement and manage Backup Technologies for data protection
Ensure systems are properly configured and managed using Configuration Management skills

Requirements:

Proficiency in Android Development
Familiarity with Cisco Technologies
Experience with Citrix Technologies
Competency in Computer Hardware
Knowledge of Dell Technologies
Mastery of Active Directory
Ability to handle Apple Devices
Expertise in Backup Technologies
Demonstrated skills in Configuration Management
