Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Twinsburg, Ohio. In this long-term contract position, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to sales teams and internal operations, ensuring smooth functionality of demo equipment and IT systems. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with hardware, assist in live demo setups, and collaborate with a dynamic technical team.

Job Responsibility:

Configure and deploy demo workstations, hardware, and associated peripherals
Diagnose and resolve issues related to video cards and workstation performance
Establish and maintain connections between systems and internal networks
Provide support for VMware environments and internal server setups
Assist with specialized environments relevant to organizational needs
Deliver technical assistance to sales teams during live demonstrations
Organize and oversee the shipping and receiving of demo equipment
Travel up to 25% to support trade shows and other events
Work independently while contributing to a collaborative technical team
Ensure systems are fully operational and ready for peak usage periods

Requirements:

Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in IT support roles, with recent graduates encouraged to apply
Strong skills in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware issues
Foundational knowledge of networking concepts and practices
Experience with VMware or similar virtualization technologies
Ability to work onsite five days a week, with occasional overtime or weekend hours during peak seasons
Self-motivated individual capable of working independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach

Nice to have:

Preferred qualifications include an A+ Certification or similar IT credential
Interest in expanding knowledge of networking or virtualization technologies
