Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Twinsburg, Ohio. In this long-term contract position, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to sales teams and internal operations, ensuring smooth functionality of demo equipment and IT systems. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with hardware, assist in live demo setups, and collaborate with a dynamic technical team.

Job Responsibility

  • Configure and deploy demo workstations, hardware, and associated peripherals
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to video cards and workstation performance
  • Establish and maintain connections between systems and internal networks
  • Provide support for VMware environments and internal server setups
  • Assist with specialized environments relevant to organizational needs
  • Deliver technical assistance to sales teams during live demonstrations
  • Organize and oversee the shipping and receiving of demo equipment
  • Travel up to 25% to support trade shows and other events
  • Work independently while contributing to a collaborative technical team
  • Ensure systems are fully operational and ready for peak usage periods

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in IT support roles, with recent graduates encouraged to apply
  • Strong skills in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware issues
  • Foundational knowledge of networking concepts and practices
  • Experience with VMware or similar virtualization technologies
  • Ability to work onsite five days a week, with occasional overtime or weekend hours during peak seasons
  • Self-motivated individual capable of working independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach

Nice to have

  • Preferred qualifications include an A+ Certification or similar IT credential
  • Interest in expanding knowledge of networking or virtualization technologies
