We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Anderson, South Carolina. This contract-to-permanent position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing crucial technical support within a large warehouse setting. The role involves hands-on support for hardware and software, troubleshooting applications, and delivering excellent customer service.
Job Responsibility:
Provide comprehensive desktop support for Windows 10, Windows 11, and Mac/iOS devices
Diagnose and repair hardware issues with laptops, printers, and other peripherals
Troubleshoot and resolve application-related problems efficiently
Handle break/fix support for Thin Clients and Zebra printers
Deliver remote and on-site technical assistance as required
Coordinate and manage support tickets using a ticketing system
Perform desktop imaging and computer setup for new users
Reset passwords and resolve access-related issues
Ensure timely installation and configuration of hardware and software
Maintain strong communication and customer service standards while addressing technical concerns
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in desktop support or a related field
Proficiency in troubleshooting and supporting Windows 10, Windows 11, and Mac/iOS operating systems
Ability to diagnose and fix hardware issues, including laptops and printers
Familiarity with application troubleshooting and support
Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively
Experience with ticketing systems and support processes
Nice to have:
Experience with Thin Clients and Zebra printers is preferred
Certifications such as A+ or similar are a plus
