Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a fully on-site, long-term contract position where you will provide level 2 support to end-users and maintain the efficiency of desktop systems. Your expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues will play a key role in ensuring seamless operations.

Job Responsibility:

Provide level 2 support to resolve technical issues for end-users, managing 5-20 tickets daily across a user base of 200
Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to desktop systems, hardware, and software
Perform desktop imaging tasks to deploy and maintain workstations
Offer remote support to address technical challenges when required
Administer and manage Active Directory configurations to ensure system security and functionality
Maintain and repair desktop hardware to optimize performance
Document technical issues and resolutions to improve support processes
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and support
Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing technical concerns
Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance support capabilities

Requirements:

Proven experience in PC desktop and workstation support
Proficiency in Active Directory administration
Strong knowledge of desktop hardware maintenance and troubleshooting
Expertise in desktop imaging and deployment
Ability to manage multiple tickets effectively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with remote support tools and techniques
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills to provide clear guidance and support
