We are currently seeking a Desktop Services Technician / Customer Support to join our team in Englewood, Colorado (US-CO), United States (US). CommonSpirit Health Engagement Job Description – IT End User Services Technician (FSO Level)

Job Responsibility

  • Imaging desktop and laptop PC workstations
  • Packing and Shipping desktop and laptop PC workstations to remote new users
  • Assist remote new users with initial login access to new devices
  • Interact with the customers in a courteous and professional manner
  • Ensure new devices are accurately logged and tracked in the asset management system

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of Windows PC technical experience
  • 1-3 years of solid customer service communications
  • High School diploma required

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Google Suite & Microsoft Office tools are a plus
  • Associate degree or technical institute degree/certificate preferred
