Job Description:

We’re looking for a Desktop Refresh Technician to support a large‑scale Windows 10 device refresh initiative. This is a hands‑on, role focused on deploying, replacing, and re‑imaging end‑user machines using standardized enterprise tools.

Job Responsibility:

  • Refresh and replace desktops and laptops as part of an enterprise PC lifecycle project
  • Deploy Windows 10 images using SCCM / MECM task sequences
  • Migrate user data and settings to new or rebuilt devices
  • Install required applications, patches, and drivers
  • Troubleshoot imaging, deployment, and hardware issues
  • Update asset inventories and document completed refreshes
  • Provide basic end-user support during refresh appointments

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of desktop support or deployment experience
  • Hands-on experience with Windows 10 imaging and SCCM
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, basic networking, and hardware troubleshooting
  • Experience supporting device refresh, upgrade, or rollout projects
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to follow standardized processes in a fast‑paced environment
