Job Description

5 days a week on site in Philadelphia, PA. 3+ month contract.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and external devices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly
  • Support office and conference room technology, including AV equipment
  • Maintain and configure network and infrastructure components
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in End User Support at a senior level
  • Experience with networking
  • Cisco Meraki experience strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft 365
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+
  • Cisco CCNA or equivalent networking certification
  • ITIL Foundation certification (a plus)
