Partner with IT leadership to improve endpoint strategy, user experience, operational efficiency, and desktop technology initiatives.

Proficiency with PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting languages for automation and systems management.
Strong understanding of endpoint security technologies (EDR/XDR, BitLocker, FileVault), desktop networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN), and device compliance.
Proven ability to work independently, solve complex technical problems with limited escalation paths, and provide high-touch support to employees at all levels, including executives.
Nice to have
Experience working in a startup, small-team, or high-growth environment where responsibilities span both support and engineering functions.
