Desk Officer

• Assist operational elements by providing research and analysis to support the customer’s mission
• Additional assistance will include utilizing multiple layers of dynamic research, report writing, and briefings

• Ability to manage a full range of operational and support activities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for overseas offices
• Provide operational guidance for ongoing cases
• Propose recommendations for possible operational scenarios
• Coordinate legal and policy issues affecting cases and overseas offices
• Provide in-depth research on existing cases and intelligence assessments using a variety of sources
• Provide briefings to senior decision-makers
• For Level 2: Three (3) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree
• Tradecraft-related work experience
• Demonstrated ability to research and analyze
• Strong analytic writing and editing skills
• Active security clearance with appropriate Polygraph
• For Level 3: Seven (7) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree
• Tradecraft-related work experience
• Cable-writing and tools/database experience

• For Level 4: Twelve (12) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree
