Job Description

Desk Consultants ($10/hour) work directly with Noel Studio visitors to help them check in, schedule appointments for consultations, reserve spaces, and locate spaces, resources, and services/events within the Noel Studio and Libraries. Desk consultants support the day-to-day operations of the Noel Studio, which include filing, scheduling, answering phones, answering virtual chats, managing traffic, and maintaining the space. Successful candidates must possess outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills, excellent and effective public service skills, and the willingness to be an energetic and reliable representatives of the Noel Studio.

Job Responsibility
