Designer

• Deliver creative assets across digital, print, packaging, and experiential channels
• Collaborate with the Head of Creative and marketing teams on brand campaigns and launches
• Support the development of design systems and brand toolkits for consistency
• Contribute ideas during creative concepting sessions and explore new visual opportunities
• Manage multiple projects from concept to delivery, maintaining high standards throughout
• Provide guidance to the junior designer and uphold clear creative processes

• 3–5 years’ professional design experience in an agency, brand, or in-house creative environment
• Strong design craft across typography, layout, and brand systems
• Confident in taking ideas from concept through to final delivery
• Experience creating content for web, social, email, packaging, and print
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)
• Calm under pressure, curious about design trends, and collaborative by nature

Motion graphics or video editing skills (Premiere, After Effects)
