Job Description

Since 1977, Harvey Jones has designed and crafted bespoke kitchens and cabinetry for the way people truly live. Rooted in British craftsmanship and guided by a designer-led process, we shape homes that feel personal, considered and built to last. Every project begins with listening. We are currently recruiting for an ambitious and dynamic Designer to join our growing sales team in our Bicester showroom. You will pair strong design skills with commercial confidence. You will also bring a genuine passion for creating homes that work beautifully. Our most successful Designers come from a variety of different backgrounds. Previous sales experience is highly desirable; a confident, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn is a must! As a Harvey Jones Designer, you will lead clients through the early, most creative stages of their project, shaping layouts, refining ideas, and presenting considered proposals that reflect how they live. Meet your targets and you will enjoy one of the best uncapped commission structures around, with a realistic year one OTE of £35,000 and £55,000+ thereafter. Our current top performers are earning in excess of £100k! You will be part of a wider team of specialists, from technical and production experts to installation professionals, who collectively uphold the Harvey Jones standard and ensure every project is delivered with care and precision. At Harvey Jones, we invest in our designers. You will receive structured training, ongoing mentoring and the opportunity to grow within a brand defined by craftsmanship and design integrity. If you value thoughtful design, lasting quality, and homes shaped around real life, we welcome your application.
