Job Description:

Mid-weight Designer to support design and execution of customer communications for Telstra's in-house creative agency. Focus on conceptual ideation and translating creative concepts into production-ready assets across social, retail, emails, direct mail, in-app and digital campaigns.

Job Responsibility:

Conceptual Ideation & Development
Design Execution & Production
Brand Consistency & Quality Assurance
Collaboration & Communication
Translate design concepts into finalised artwork
Maintain and enforce brand guidelines
Work closely with Senior Creatives and Copywriters

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in graphic design or artwork production
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong understanding of colour theory, typography, and layout principles
Ability to prepare files for both digital and print production
Ability to confidently present design concepts and pitch ideas to stakeholders
Advertising and/or in-house agency experience highly regarded
Experience in illustration, motion design and/or storyboarding highly regarded
