Job Description:

A technical office located in Gerakas is looking for a talented professional to join their team. If you have experience in architectural design and you are eager to bring creative concepts to life in a collaborative environment, this role could be the perfect fit for you!

Job Responsibility:

Develop and prepare detailed architectural designs and drawings
Collaborate closely with engineers and architects to bring project visions to life
Ensure compliance with design standards, building codes, and regulations
Utilize design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) to create 2D and 3D models
Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing deadlines and deliverables
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment

Requirements:

2-5 years of experience in architectural designing
Excellent communication skills
Strong problem solving & analytical skills
Attention to detail
Teamwork spirit
Bachelor Degree in Interior Architecture-Design, Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering or relevant field
Proficient oral and written command of both the Greek and English language
Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project)
Excellent knowledge of Autocad/3D/Photoshop
