Job Description:

We are looking for a Designer of Engineering Systems and Vehicle Activities to support the high-level and functional design of vehicle systems. The role involves defining system functionalities, designing user-oriented diagnostic logic, and producing clear and structured technical specifications, ensuring proper integration across components and subsystems.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop high-level system designs, defining functionalities, system behaviour, and component interactions
  • Apply UX research principles to understand user needs and translate them into system requirements
  • Specify and design user-focused diagnostic functionalities and system logic
  • Draft functional specifications, diagrams, and structured technical documentation
  • Collaborate with engineering teams, product development, and suppliers to ensure technical feasibility, usability, and integration

Requirements:

  • Degree in Automotive Engineering, Industrial Product Design, or Cognitive Psychology (or similar field)
  • Experience in the design of complex systems, ideally in the automotive sector
  • Knowledge of UX research principles and user-centred design methodologies
  • Ability to write functional specifications and structured technical documentation
  • Familiarity with design thinking and product development processes
  • Fluent English (B2/C1), written and spoken
