Job Description:

Join our client, a leading principal contractor specialising in cladding remediation, and play a vital role in delivering high-quality projects! If you're a passionate Designer ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibility:

  • Create detailed drawings using relevant specifications
  • Conduct site surveys and capture photos to support your designs
  • Collaborate with Estimating, Commercial, and Site management teams to track design and quality issues
  • Communicate with manufacturers, structural engineers, and architects as necessary
  • Monitor and revise assigned drawings efficiently
  • Liaise with project teams and distribute essential documentation
  • Resolve technical queries and recommend solutions
  • Assist with site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications
  • Ensure timely information is available for site setup from start to finish
  • Train and advise site management and subcontractors as needed
  • Measure and monitor KPIs for site management and subcontractors
  • Attend regular meetings with site teams to stay aligned
  • Update subcontractor database and facilitate procurement and ordering
  • Compile information for relevant standards for clients and funders

Requirements:

  • Basic CSCS card required
  • Essential experience with facades, EWI, cladding, and rainscreen
  • Proficient in AutoCAD (3D AutoCAD/SketchUp/Revit optional)
  • Competent in MS Excel, MS Word, Project Probe, and Outlook

Nice to have:

3D AutoCAD/SketchUp/Revit (optional)
