The role demands speed and skill, attention to detail, and creative storytelling. You must promote the brand’s best practice within the global brand team and ensure that all communication activities come up to standard by acting as a consultant, guide and champion to the brand. As a JLL Graphic Designer in the Brand team you will be responsible for key aspects of design and creative output on video, motion and audio assets needed.

Job Responsibility:

  • Concepts, storyboard and produce video, motion or audio projects that effectively communicate messages
  • Edit footage to create high-quality marketing assets
  • Design and develop motion graphics for on-brand storytelling
  • Lead by example with 'hands on work' that consistently demonstrations masterful design and best practice
  • Champion and encourage the business to make polished work
  • Safeguard and grow the quality of our day-to-day use of the brand identity
  • Keep abreast of new developments and tools and will be a guardian of the global brand A.I creative tools
  • Originating processes that will help our brand to adapt, grow and lead
  • Understanding how the JLL brand can be leveraged by understanding all the disciplines of motion, video and audio design
  • Encourage the creative team to look and share art, design and creativity
  • Drive excellence to be smarter and brighter than our competitors
  • Set their own agenda and timelines, knock-down doors, invite themselves to meetings and generally 'get things done'
  • Present ideas to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • A motion graphics pro
  • Solid understanding of cinematography principles and techniques
  • A great communicator
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with a team
