Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the design and development of consumer products from initial concept through to final production
  • Ensure strong design integrity, quality, and value in product execution across various categories, with a primary focus on consumables
  • Design and approve comprehensive packaging solutions for consumables, including layout, graphics, and structural considerations
  • Conduct thorough reviews and approvals of 4-color process print proofs to guarantee accuracy and superior quality
  • Collaborate with development teams to align designs with essential nutritional guidelines and compliance standards
  • Conduct in-depth market, consumer, and category trend research to inform and guide design direction
  • Prepare and present compelling concept sketches, color palettes, style references, and various visual assets
  • Develop detailed product mock-ups, line sheets, and engaging presentation materials
  • Adapt and creatively manipulate graphic assets to generate innovative new design solutions
  • Foster strong collaborative relationships with product development, merchandising, sourcing, and technical partners
  • Effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Continuously monitor competitive products and category innovations to maintain a leading edge

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a design-related field or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of experience in product design, packaging design, or product development
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office
  • Strong creative, organizational, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with proven execution and collaboration abilities
