Job Description

Are you passionate about design and want to grow your skills? Do you want to be responsible for your own design campaigns and work with an array of well known brands? Are you interested in motion design and interactive advertising? Then you may be the right person to join our growing Studio team in our London HQ. As part of the Captify Studio team, you will become capable of creating rich media ad formats (preferably for video and display) and learn to thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure, team-oriented environment. You will be eager to work with the latest technologies. Working closely with your direct manager and by use of your own initiative you will come up with unique designs and new ideas whilst ensuring best practice, usability and accessibility.

Job Responsibility

  • Developing on-brand pitch deck
  • Communicating with clients directly and managing expectations

Requirements

  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite – especially Photoshop
  • Eager to learn new software
  • Initiative on learning development (eg. notetaking and proactive action)
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines, time management and communicate transparently with internal parties
  • Portfolio demonstrating clear understanding of brand identity and design principles.
  • Good attention to detail
  • The ability to demonstrate a real passion for what you do, and eager to exercise creative freedom.
