Our client, a global tech company, is seeking a detail-oriented Designer to support high-volume, brand-system-driven creative execution across CRM, lifecycle marketing, paid media, and social channels. This role is focused on producing polished, scalable marketing assets — including email campaigns, display banners, social resizes, and digital production work — within an established visual system This is an ideal opportunity for a designer who excels at precision, consistency, speed, and operational creative workflows. Job Responsibility
Design and produce digital marketing assets including CRM/email campaign, Display and paid media banners, Social media resizes and variations, Web and app promotional assets
Execute within established brand guidelines and scalable design systems
Adapt existing campaign concepts across multiple formats, placements, and dimensions
Ensure all deliverables are visually polished, accurate, and production-ready
Maintain strong consistency across typography, layout, color, spacing, and component usage
Work within existing templates and modular creative systems to efficiently scale production
Support ongoing optimization and refinement of reusable creative assets and workflows
Collaborate with brand, marketing, CRM, and growth teams to ensure alignment across channels
Utilize AI-enabled creative tools and production workflows to improve speed and efficiency
Contribute to scalable design operations and repeatable creative systems
Partner with internal teams exploring automation and AI-assisted asset generation processes
Maintain high-quality creative output while balancing efficiency and rapid turnaround timelines
Requirements
4+ years of experience in production design, digital design, lifecycle/CRM design, or marketing creative production
Strong portfolio showcasing digital production work across email, paid media, banners, and social assets
Excellent visual design fundamentals including typography, layout, hierarchy, and spacing
Experience working within established brand systems and design templates
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Comfortable with fast-paced, iterative production environments

Experience with lifecycle marketing and CRM creative
Familiarity with AI-assisted creative workflows and automation tools
Experience creating high-volume asset variations and scalable production systems
Understanding of responsive email and digital ad best practices
