Job Description

As a Designer 3, you will execute the design process from start to finish, manage construction documentation, and coordinate with consultants to maintain design integrity. You will stay on trend with new materials and support client meetings by preparing presentations and showcasing design materials. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and strong organizational skills to bring innovative designs to life.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design (or related field)
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience designing creative, standout interiors
  • Proficiency with design software like Revit, CAD, InDesign, SketchUp, and Photoshop and coordination tools like Smartsheet and Bluebeam
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful projects
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • A strong understanding of interior construction, building codes, and accessibility standards
