Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and creative Designer to join our design team, specializing in activewear and lifestyle apparel. This role requires someone who can combine style with functionality, bringing fresh ideas to performance-driven and lifestyle-focused collections.

Job Responsibility

  • Contribute to the creation of innovative activewear and lifestyle collections that reflect the brand’s vision and meet customer needs, from concept development to final product
  • Stay up to date with fashion trends, consumer insights, and new technologies, and translate them into design ideas that fit the brand’s aesthetic
  • Create accurate technical drawings, tech packs, and specifications to support development and production teams
  • Assist in sourcing and selecting fabrics, trims, and materials, with a focus on performance, sustainability, and style
  • Work closely with senior designers, product development, and production teams to ensure designs are executed accurately and on time
  • Ensure designs meet quality standards and reflect both function and style consistently across collections

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of design experience in activewear, lifestyle, or fashion apparel
  • A portfolio demonstrating creativity and understanding of both functional and fashion-driven design
  • Knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and technical details
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Ability to identify and adapt fashion and activewear trends
  • Strong technical drawing and specification skills
  • Ability to work in a team, manage tasks effectively, and communicate design ideas clearly
  • A genuine passion for designing apparel that combines performance, lifestyle, and everyday wearability

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with 3D design tools (CLO, Optitex, etc.)
  • Degree or diploma in Fashion Design or a related field
