The Syndicate is seeking qualified visual media students to join our dynamic internship program. Our Design & Video Interns work with our in-house creative designers to brainstorm, strategize, and execute the company’s -- and our clients' -- visual design needs. This opportunity is ideal for those who are passionate about digital media and eager to apply their knowledge to the entertainment marketing realm.

Requirements:
Must be enrolled in a matriculated program, in pursuit of a degree at an accredited institution
Must be able to earn college credit
Must be able to commit to working remotely, on a hybrid schedule, or in-office from 10am-6pm, 2-5 days per week (exceptions offered on a case-by-case basis due to class schedules)
Someone who lives and breathes passion for music, comedy, entertainment, lifestyle trends, and pop-culture
Someone who has a finger on the pulse of current social media platforms and trends (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, & Twitter)
Strong short-form video editing skills
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a MUST (Premiere, Photoshop, and After Effects)
Working knowledge of visual trends and standards within social media
Excellent communication & organizational skills
A self-motivated self-starter with a willingness to learn
Superior attention to detail and capable of working on multiple design projects at a given time
Ability to multi-task, maintain detail-orientation, and take direction in a fast-paced environment
