The Design to Distribute (D2D) PMO plays a critical role in ensuring strong governance, disciplined delivery, and seamless execution of the D2D transformation agenda across markets and business groups. As the central engine room of the program, the PMO drives alignment to strategic priorities including distribution cost optimization, sustainability, density improvements, and gross margin enhancement. This role ensures structure, strategic clarity, and delivery excellence—enabling the organization to unlock long-term value.
Job Responsibility:
Establish and maintain D2D program governance frameworks, including decision-making structures, escalation paths, and reporting cadences
Connect regularly with Program Coordinators and BG Leads to run weekly governance routines
Follow up on weekly business group actions, ensuring on-time task closure
Ensure adherence to PMO standards, methodologies, tools, and templates—such as delivery trackers, dashboards, and risk registers
Facilitate Steering Committee and Leadership Team meetings: prepare agendas, capture minutes, and track action items
Translate high-level program strategy into detailed program plans, milestones, KPIs, and measurable deliverables
Oversee concurrent multi-market and multi-project delivery, ensuring alignment to D2D goals (e.g., density improvements, sustainability)
Coordinate with cross-functional leaders to ensure timely and effective program execution
Manage end-to-end delivery of assigned initiatives—from ideation and design through Go-Live and post-implementation review
Operate confidently in unstructured environments, bringing clarity through structured frameworks and strong communication
Collaborate with stakeholders across GCH, GDT, CG, GP, and external partners to ensure seamless execution
Monitor and assess overall program health using performance metrics such as cost savings, gross margin improvement, and sustainability targets
Prepare dashboards and leadership reporting packs, highlighting risks, issues, dependencies, and insights
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking across program initiatives
Requirements:
B.E Mechanical / Chemical / Industrial
4-5 years of Core Project Management Experience
Project Management Expertise: Hands-on experience and deep understanding of Project Management Tools and leading Project Networks
Understanding of Agentic AI, MS Projects, MS Visio, etc.
Experience in building and scaling D2D capabilities across diverse BUs & BG teams
Proven ability to manage and influence global stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Leading and managing change initiatives within the organization
Ability to integrate finance and logistics data for accurate cost modeling and performance tracking
Focusing on finding practical and effective solutions to challenges
Demonstrates foresight, empathy, and empowerment in leading teams and initiatives
Proven experience working within PMO environments or delivering large, cross-functional programs
Strong understanding of governance frameworks, PMO methodologies, and program reporting
Experience managing multiple workstreams in complex, global environments
Proficiency in PMO tools (trackers, dashboards, RAID logs, risk registers)
Ability to convert strategy into execution plans with clear milestones and KPIs
Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity and bring structure to undefined spaces
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with senior leaders
Strong analytical capability to interpret data, identify trends, and surface insights
Experience in budget tracking, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring
Nice to have:
