Job Description

Our client is a leading multi-utility service provider specialising in electricity, gas, and water installations across the UK. Typical projects involve installing circuits and new 33/11kV primary substations to support residential and commercial developments and connections of major EV Hubs. We’re seeking a Sales and Tendering Engineer to contribute to high-profile new connection projects. The role involves managing tenders, ensuring technical specifications are met for high-voltage installations and renewable energy projects. This position is critical for supporting the company’s expansion in both traditional and green energy sectors.

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare and submit tenders for utility projects, including high-voltage power and renewable energy installations
  • Work on projects involving complex infrastructure setups, such as 33kV and 11kV installations, and electric vehicle charging stations
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure project deliverables align with technical and environmental standards

Requirements

  • Proven experience in utility infrastructure projects, especially with high-voltage systems up to 33kV and renewable energy solutions
  • Familiarity with the challenges of integrating utility services in densely populated areas
  • Ability to manage and compile comprehensive tender documents that meet rigorous technical and safety specifications
