Job Description:

Cheltenham College is seeking an enthusiastic, practical, and highly organised Design & Technology Technician to join its D&T Department. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a creative and forward-thinking environment, providing hands-on support to both staff and pupils across a range of inspiring projects and activities. The department benefits from excellent facilities, including specialist workshops, CAD/CAM equipment, exhibition space, and dedicated preparation areas. The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing materials for lessons, maintaining equipment and machinery, supporting pupils during practical work, and helping to ensure a safe, efficient, and engaging learning environment.

Requirements:

  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to support and encourage pupils
