About the Role: We're seeking a dedicated Design Technician to meticulously produce and finalize multi-utility quotes. This role emphasizes adherence to our stringent company processes, ensuring that developer requirements and timelines are met efficiently.

Job Responsibility:

Prioritize and produce multi-utility cost models and proposal letters, considering company processes and standards
Analyze asset plans of utilities alongside technical drawings from developers
Examine Electricity Point of connection plans, Water terms, plans, and offer letters
Complete network studies for Water, Gas, and Electricity
Address re-quotes and variations as per Developer requests
Liaise with internal teams and external entities professionally
Provide timely updates to the Tendering and Business Development Managers
Offer constructive feedback by reviewing colleagues' work
Attend client meetings to understand and discuss necessities
Maintain updated trackers by following up with clients
Handle administrative tasks such as emails, phone calls, electronic filing, and archiving

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
A keen eye for detail and precision
Collaborative spirit with an ability to work autonomously when required
Strong communication and problem-solving capabilities
Basic level of familiarity with AutoCAD
Competence in IT, specifically with the Microsoft Office suite
